One personal training session per week for 4 weeks – £120

We’ll use this one session a week to coordinate your training. This package is best if you’re looking to have us design an effective exercise programme for you. We’ll teach you exactly what to do to get the most from your weekly exercise, and you’ll complete the majority of it on your own.

4 sessions in total working out at £30 per session.

 

Two personal training sessions per week for 4 weeks – £240

We’ll use our two sessions to get the more intense portion of your weekly exercise done together, while still having time to discuss nutrition, goals, and working to perfect your exercise technique. We’ll also take you through exactly what you can be doing in your own time to help speed along your goals.

8 sessions in total working out at £30 per session.

 

Three personal training sessions per week for 4 weeks – £360

With three sessions a week you’re guaranteed a solid week of training, every week. Your three sessions with us plus small amounts of accessory work on your own mean you’ll be making great strides towards your exercise goals.

12 sessions in total working out at £30 per session.
